Dr James Robinson

Dr James Robinson is a Clinical Cardiologist and Cardiac Imaging Specialist. James manages all aspects of cardiology including preventative heart disease, coronary and ischaemic heart disease, hypertension, valvular disease, heart failure, and cardiomyopathy.

James is a medical graduate of the University of Queensland. He completed clinical residency at Ipswich Hospital before specialist training and additional Cardiac Imaging Fellowship at The Princess Alexandra Hospital.

James has extensive training and experience in cardiac imaging including transthoracic echocardiography, exercise stress echocardiography, dobutamine stress echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography, CT calcium scoring and CT coronary angiography.

James is a Staff Specialist, Consultant Cardiologist at Ipswich Hospital and Senior Lecturer within the School of Medicine at the University of Queensland. He also visits St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital.
