Our centre provides affordable open access testing (echocardiography, stress testing, stress echocardiography, ambulatory blood pressure and holter monitoring), clinical consultation and a 24 hour on-call service through St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital. Our qualified specialists are recognised leaders in cardiology who have all been working as specialists in tertiary hospitals in Brisbane. Together our interests cover all areas of cardiology and vascular medicine, including general cardiology, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, primary prevention, secondary prevention, heart failure, cardiomyopathies, pulmonary hypertension, arrhythmias, non-invasive testing, echocardiography, coronary angiography and stenting, pacemakers and defibrillators, peripheral vascular disease and thromboembolic disease.
Open access testing centre
We offer an open access cardiology testing centre that is open Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

Affordable for patients
For consultations and other tests, Pensioners and Health Care Card Holders will be eligible for concession rates, and bulk billing may be available on a case by case basis.

Our location is 33 Thorn St Ipswich. Our geographic location provides enhanced heart specialist access to patients of Ipswich and nearby surrounds such as Laidley, Forest Lake, Springfield, Flinders View, Collingwood Park, Goodna and Redbank Plains. Our practice is also well suited to serve the needs of patients west to Toowoomba, Gatton, Fernvale and Esk, south to Beaudesert, Boonah and Warwick, and to the Western suburbs of Brisbane such as Karalee, Karana Downs, Mt Ommaney, Jindalee and Inala.
