Completed in early 2015, the Ipswich Cardiac Centre building on 33 Thorn Street is an iconic building in Ipswich, known for its presence, design and function. It was the overall winner of the 2015 Amex Corporation Design Award of Ipswich City Council’s Award for Excellence – the city’s top architectural design award.
The building’s architect was Mark Gibson of Gibson Architects. It was managed by Dr William Wang, on behalf of Heart Block Property Trust during construction.
