Cameron Booth is a cardiologist with expertise in cardiac imaging. His interests include coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, preventative cardiology, sports cardiology and stress imaging.
Cameron received his medical degree from the University of Queensland before completing specialist cardiology training at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
Following completion of his specialist training Cameron went on to undertake subspecialty training in echocardiography at the Princess Alexandra Hospital (Trans-thoracic, Stress and Transoesophageal Echocardiography) and a fellowship in advanced cardiac imaging (Cardiac MRI) at the King’s College Hospital, London, UK.
Cameron is a consultant cardiologist at Ipswich General Hospital and visits St Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital.
